Best place in town to have lunch. Great food. Very polite and friendly staff.

I do believe Mr. Steven maybe the kindest man Ive ever met! Do try the smoked chicken and homemade bbq sauce you will not be disappointed!

Steven's has a great old fashioned meal at lunchtime with a meat and two veggies (or all veggies) with fresh bread and dessert. I grew up in my grandmother's cafe, where she served the same kind of lunches to a big crowd every day. I'm glad restaurants like Steven's still exist in this world of corporations and chains. Tastes like home!

We were working in Greenwood for the day and heard about Steven's BBQ and decided to give them a try. The ladies at the register were very friendly and told us how the buffet food was cooked fresh everyday or that we could order from the menu. I got the brisket and ribs from the buffet with mashed potatoes and butter beans. While the lady was plating my food a man behind the counter gave me an appetizer rib. Right then I knew that I made the right decision for lunch. I highly recommend this place. They were very friendly and served excellent southern BBQ.

Try the club sandwich. 2 people can easily share it. In town for BBB and wanted to enjoy the local cuisine. Wish I had discovered Steven’s sooner.

Good BBQ Brisket sandwiches and peach cobbler on point. Reasonably priced. Mom & pop family owned.

I used to love this place but now the Food and service sucks. Always cold. Owner doesn't care. Go to Drake's BBQ instead.

One of the best restaurants in Greenwood MS the BBQ is awesome but the home cook buffet is even better that's cooked and served by the little short lady behind the buffet table. She makes you want to come back everyday with her southern hospitality. A very old fashion southern place, with great staff.

It was a wonderful experience! The owner was very welcoming to us. The $1 cake slices is unbelievable because they're delicious and moist!!! The ribs & brisket were yummy!!! I recommend. We will go back!

This is a small BBQ sandwich!! Portions are generous, prices affordable and there is no shortage of southern hospitality. Steven's is my go-to place when I visit Greenwood Ms.

I have never had anything bad at Steven's! Love the plate lunches with ribs, smoke house burger, BBQ Philly, squash casserole, greens and cornbread and I could keep going. The food is great and a great home town feeling.

I enjoy Steven's pull pork sandwich. The sauce comes on the side so you don't get meat drenched in sauce, but you can actually taste the meat. It's always well cooked and the coleslaw is delicious. I would definitely recommend dropping by Steven's when in town.

Ribs were very tender however there was no smoke flavor and the sauce was kind of bland. It wasn't bad just not a lot of flavor. Had turnips and mac and cheese for sides and they were terrific. The chocolate cake was delicious and it was fresh. I would try this place again but another meat.

The BBQ sandwich is so big you have to eat it with a fork. The pork is always moist and hot. Great fries and friendly staff. It's like going back in time without the segregation.

I have had brisket from coast to coast and this is the best! Great food, friendly folks, great value, nice atmosphere. This is the real deal! Love it!

Not my idea of bar b q AT ALL. Maybe their other options are better? It's a local favorite for sure, but I can't understand why. I had their pulled pork. Beans were spicy-which I liked and tea was good so I gave it a star.
